‘The Productive Healthcare Estate’
SHP recognise the current agenda for Trusts is centred on clinical safety, improving patients’ experience and getting more for less through productivity improvement. The healthcare estate is a key resource to enable these changes and we have developed a package or services called ‘The Productive Estate’ to support you with these initiatives.
